United 93
United flight 93 was an airplane that was part of the attack on the twin towers, on September 11, 2001. There were 40 people that were killed, including the hijackers. The hijackers were people that worked for Ziad Jarrah, a member of Al-Qaeda. The hijackers passed like normal people so that they could get in the airplane.
In the hijacking, the hijackers went to the cockpit of the airplane . Some of the people that were aboard tried to stop the hijackers. United 93 crashed in a field near Shanksvilla, Pennsylvania.
United 93 was part of one of the worst acts of terrorism in the United States. It was amazing that the passengers fought back because if they had not done it, the plane would probably have crashed in to the White House.
